Gen Verde – Niente ti fermer\u00e0 (Magnificat)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

Following Gen Verde\u2019s tour in France, they participated in Loppiano\u2019s \u201cPrimo Maggio\u201d in Loppiano and then spent some special days in Termoli (CB).<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Gen Verde\u2019s return to France came after an absence of many years. <\/strong> Working with the highly committed and extremely well prepared organisers in Lyon and Angers was a wonderful experience. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In both cities we held our \u2018Start Now Workshop Project<\/a>\u2019, which concludes with the \u2018Gen Verde in Concert<\/a>\u2019 together with the young participants of the singing, dancing, drama and percussion workshops.<\/p>\n\n

In Lyon around 60 very impressive young people took part in the project. <\/strong> Among them were some young people who knew Gen Verde and who invited their friends to join the workshops… and from the first moment we felt we were like a family<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The concert was sold out!<\/strong> And the joy, cheers and applause from the audience during the concert was energizing for us<\/strong> because we knew something deep lay behind it<\/strong>. It was the kind of feeling you experience after a deep spiritual experience.<\/p>\n\n

‘After these days I take home that when life pushes us towards the \u2018dark side of the force\u2019, we must not let go<\/strong>… we can\u2019t fall in those moments of weakness<\/strong>. And thinking about what we have experienced and learnt these days makes us stronger.<\/strong> We have experienced extraordinary things and therefore we will be able to go beyond these trials <\/strong><\/em>\u201d, said one of the young participants.<\/p>\n\n

Another participant added: \u201cperhaps we have the impression that we have been in a parallel world here, but we should not see it as a world apart, but as a \u2018world from which to begin anew\u2019 in order to return home and carry this to the real world<\/strong><\/em>\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
