WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who donate. This is an information that is made on the subject of privacy pursuant to Regulation (EU)
The information, in particular, exclusively concerns the page of donations to P.A.F.O.M. (Focolare Movement): therefore it does not concern any other sites that can be reached by the user through the links on the same.

MODE AND PLACE OF PROCESSING THE DATA
The treatments connected to the webservices of this site take place at the aforementioned office and are only handled by technical personnel appointed by the data controller, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations, under the direct authority of the data controller. None of the data deriving from the website will be disclosed or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users are used for the sole purpose of completing the donation.
PERIOD OF DATA CONSERVATION
Except for data provided voluntarily by the user for specific services, for which specific information will be made, the information relating to navigation will be kept for a maximum of fourteen months following collection.
USERS’ RIGHTS
The Applicable Law recognizes a series of rights to users including, but not limited to, the right:
(i) To have access to their own Personal Data
(ii) To request their modification
(iii) To update and erase, if incomplete, false, or when in violation of the law
(iv) To request that the treatment of data be limited to a specific part of the user’s personal information
(v) To furnish to themselves or to other third parties the data that regards them (i.e. “transferability of data”)
(vi) To object to the treatment of their data for legitimate reasons
(vii) To retract their own consent at any moment through written request made informally to P.A.F.O.M. using the contact information indicated.
P.A.F.O.M. acknowledges that where a response to these requests would not be considered sufficient, the user can contact and present their case to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data ( HYPERLINK “http://www.garanteprivacy.it” www.garanteprivacy.it) according to the directives of the Applicable Norm.
PROVISION OF ANSWER TO THE DATA SUBJECT’S REQUESTS AND ADDRESSES
Users may thus address the P.A.F.O.M. for any personal request, clarification or verification of the application of norms on matters of personal data protection, and for the concrete exercise of the users’ rights, better indicated in the previous paragraph, also in cases in which the need arises to provide for the updating, amendment, integration, correction and/or cancellation of the data, as required by the said norm or in relation to the evaluation of the specific demands explicitly expressed by the user.
