A new song specially written for the followers of St Vincent de Paul, but at the same time a prayer for all those who feel called to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. Here is the new Gen Verde song “Walk On Holy Ground“.
“St Vincent was someone who knew how to meet Jesus, who experienced God’s charity and then passed it on to those most in need”, explains Nancy Uelmen, composer and singer of Gen Verde. This weekend Gen Verde travelled to Rome to sing for the opening Mass of the General Assembly of the Vincentian Family and to present their new song to them: “through music, we accompany and support all the people who make this Vincentian journey”, adds Nancy.
The song ‘Walk On Holy Ground’ is in English, French and Spanish, and you can listen to it on all music platforms. There is also the lyric video on Gen Verde’s official YouTube channel, where subtitles in Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and French are also available!
